The Service uses artificial intelligence to create content, and while we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be perfect or suitable for every situation.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are required to generate cover letters
• Purchased credits do not expire
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated

5. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Unused credits from subscriptions expire at the end of each billing cycle

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of your CV content and job descriptions that you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely for providing the Service.

Generated Content: Cover letters generated by our Service are yours to use for personal job applications. You may edit, modify, and submit them as part of your job search.

Our Service: The CoverLetter Master name, logo, and Service are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or imitate our branding without permission.

• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and any unused credits may be forfeited.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
